101 Mobility of Evansville Helps Boy With Ramp Donation

EVANSVILLE, IN – 101 Mobility donates a wheelchair ramp to a 9 year old boy with bone cancer.

When Felix’s family called 101 Mobility of Evansville in search of a wheelchair ramp, Brian Dalton, owner, couldn’t help but get involved.

Based on the home’s steep steps, they would require a long ramp in order to safely get Felix, 9, out of the home to his doctor’s appointments. A ramp of this length would be expensive – much more than the family had budgeted for.

Identifying an opportunity to help a deserving family in need, Dalton and his team decided to donate the ramp to Felix. Throughout the process, the team got to know Felix and his family and have become fast friends, even stopping by regularly to bring Felix new toys.

“He is the strongest little boy and is our inspiration” says Dalton about Felix.
